Abram Aguilar, MD, MPH

As North Star's CMO and senior healthcare SME, Dr. Aguilar examines the processes and programs from the provider and patient perspectives.  This 2007 UofA graduate with vast experience as a Hospitalist, Medical Director and CMO in various settings is board certified Internal Medicine.  

Scott Bivens

A career DoD analyst & instructor, Scott applied his skills supporting successful practice launches, creating patient education programs, and provider workflow strategies leading to better patient outcomes and higher practice revenues.  He holds degrees  in public health and a web design certificate.

Jordan Brown

Jordan brings extensive lab service and home health experience to the table.  He is also well-versed in ancillary practice enhancers across many healthcare specialties.  This UofA alumnus hopes to see 21st Century healthcare in Arizona thrive and is willing to help you increase your capabilities.​

Our story:  Established as a CPR instruction venture in 2010, AZ New Beginnings, LLC, rapidly became the best certification source for medical staffs and government contractors in Cochise County.  Services expanded to patient education (materials, courses, and teaching events), new practice business planning and development, practice management support services, and small business Web design.  The relationships forged through the years led our founding partners to develop a consulting division that became a separate business in 2019, now known as "North Star Medical Consulting".
